this is a free 45 min -1 hr call to discuss your scope of work, goals and to set up a design consultation.
design consultation
Site visit to gather more information and measurements (if needed). discuss pricing, services and complete a concept drawing within 5 days. DESIGN CONSULT FEE $150.00

set agenda, scope of work and time frame for job. sign service agreement with detail of project and pricing.

WE REVIEW THE DESIGN AND HAVE THE OPTION OF OF CHANGES (IF NEEDED) BEFORE CONTINUING TO THE NEXT SET OF DRAWINGS,

AFTER THE REVIEW AND CHANGES (2 INCLUDED IN CONTRACT), WE START SET OF CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS.

CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS ARE COMPLETE AND READY FOR PERMITS AND CONSTRUCTION TO START.
THE ABOVE IS A STANDARD WORKFLOW. ALL PROJECTS ARE CUSTOM AND THE WORKFLOW WILL BE ADJUSTED PER PROJECT.
